Choose the frame shape

16:9 is wider than 4:3. Square frames use 1:1. These ratios describe each drawing frame, not the whole sheet.

Use fewer panels for larger sketches

Choose four panels for more drawing room, or eight for smaller thumbnails. The frames keep their shape as the page size and margins change. Write scene numbers, action or dialogue on the two lines below each frame.
